End of Term Gifts for Teachers

June 22nd, 2012

Teacher Gifts

With schools set to break up in July, you’re probably thinking of going on holiday with your family or dreaming about the day you don’t have to wake up so early for the school run, but before you do, why not show your appreciation for the teachers at school by buying them a wonderful gift.

Teachers work consistently hard to improve your child’s education, skills and also encourage them to progress. With increasing workloads and larger classes to control, teachers deserve a huge thank you for supporting your child throughout the year.

Not only are the classroom teachers responsible for ensuring that children enjoy school, the head teacher, teaching assistants and office staff are also working hard behind the scenes to improve the school, to give your children the best times of their lives.

If your child’s teacher always seems to be stressed, why not treat them to some relaxing bath salts so they can enjoy a hot, sweet smelling bath after a long day? If they’ve been rushed off their feet it’s also likely that they would appreciate a lovely cup of tea in a personalised teacher mug, with a personalised chocolate bar to match.

There are even keepsake gifts such as the Teacher gold star token or an engraved wine glass that holds a full bottle of wine, which is sure to keep them happy! A keepsake item will stand the test of time and will help your child to be remembered for all the right reasons!

For a little something that teachers can enjoy and use at work, why not buy them a personalised pen and box set, or a lovely notebook or diary that will help to keep them organised during the hectic start to the new school term?

Here at Born Gifted we offer a range of wonderful gifts for teachers that will allow your child to say thank you in the best possible way.

Buying Teacher Gifts

December 25th, 2009

As the end of the long term comes into sight and children at school begin to realise that Christmas really is coming, they will begin to ask their parents about thank you teacher gifts. The traditional idea of an apple for teacher goes back a long way, but has for some while now been replaced by more interesting thank you teacher gifts.

There is no need to lay out a fortune on thank you teacher gifts; they are really just a token to let the teacher know that their care of the school children is appreciated. Whether your child gives bath salts so the teacher can go home and unwind after the term has ended, or chocolate to give them a tasty treat, we have just what is needed here at Born Gifted.

Children love to feel that they are doing the right thing, so they will enjoy choosing suitable thank you teacher gifts for the staff at their school and will probably want to make sure that they find teacher gifts that suit their particular teacher. They will probably be eager to carefully wrap and label the teacher gifts as well.

Children will want to have the gifts put away somewhere safe ready for the end of term. It is then time to give their gift to the teacher before excitedly leaving school behind for the Christmas holidays. Allowing and encouraging them to take responsibility for choosing the thank you teacher gifts they give may help them to learn about saying thank you and appreciating the things that are done for them.
