CHRISTMAS 2008 POSTING INFORMATION:
Please note that our last Christmas posting date has now passed. All orders up to and including Friday 19 December have been processed. Please allow a couple of extra days transit time due to heavy Royal Mail post.
Personalised Christmas items show individual last ordering dates on their descriptions and orders placed before and on this date will be posted in time for delivery before Christmas. If you placed your order after these dates we cannot guarantee they'll arrive in time for Christmas.
For all other items on the website, eg toys etc, estimates of delivery times given on each product still apply but please do add a couple of extra days in case of delays with Royal Mail.
UK DELIVERY PRICE
The price shown on the website includes delivery - this is not extra, regardless of how many items you buy.
UK DELIVERY TIMES
All items will usually be despatched within 24 hours of your order. Personalised items may take longer before despatch but an estimate of delivery time will be provided within the information on the product.
Please note these delivery times are estimates only and we cannot be held responsible for third party delays in transit. We are unable to 'fasttrack' any order unless you have paid for Next Day Delivery.
Note that Royal Mail may be slower at particularly busy times eg. after bank holidays, towards the end of the year etc. and you should take this into account when ordering.
We advise you order Next Day Delivery if you require the item urgently or for a guaranteed day.
You can have items delivered to a different delivery address as long as the address you provide as the cardholders address is the address at which the card is registered (ie. where your bank statements are delivered).
We never include pricing information or receipts in our parcels.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY
If you have left it to the last minute, don't panic - we offer next day delivery on most products and this will be indicated on the item with a 'Next Day Delivery Available' note.
* Order by 1pm on a weekday, and your parcel will be delivered on the next working day (note: orders placed after 1pm on a Friday may not leave until Monday for delivery on Tuesday if they need to be made to order)
* The charge is £6.95 per order.
* Add the item to your shopping basket and you will be able to select 'Next Day Delivery' as you go through the final Checkout process.
Please note that next day delivery sent out on a Friday is guaranteed to arrive on Monday (ie next working day), not Saturday. A signature will be always be required or the item will be returned to depot to await collection or redelivery instruction.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Overseas Delivery is suspended over the Christmas and New Year period.
We ship to the following destinations: Europe, USA, Canada, UAE, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. We charge a standard £7.99 for Europe deliveries and £12.99 to the rest of the world. NB. Please note all pricing shown is in GBP (British Pounds). Visit www.xe.com to get the price converted into your currency but the final value may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate provided by your card company at the time of sale. Please allow 28 days for delivery of your order. Sorry but we cannot offer next day delivery overseas.
ITEM NOT ARRIVED?
Please check the estimate of delivery time given in the product description for the goods you've purchased. Once this delivery timescale has passed, wait a couple of days in case of delays in transit, then call your local Royal Mail depot giving your house number and postcode to check it has not been taken back there to await collection before being returned to us (cards are not always left by Royal Mail if you're not in). Please do not contact us until the estimate of time has passed and you have checked with your local Royal Mail office. We must be informed in writing within 28 days if you have not received the item at all at which time a full investigation will be carried out and you will be refunded or the item replaced. We cannot send out replacement items until we have received confirmation the item cannot be found, or in the case of faulty items until the item has been returned first.
