Lovely item. Nice quality. Nice package. Only down side was not being offered engraving service at same time as order as I am now having to get this done elsewhere. Did order a different item which included engraving which was delivered on same day so shame same service not available on this item. However delivery fast so would use again.

Gorgeous tankard, which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the box arrived slightly damaged, but a free replacement was sent straight away and this made a perfect Christening present. Thank you very much!
