Bought for a christening gift. Very
impressed that they spotted my mistake
in writing the date twice and very
sensibly rectified it, without
contacting me. When I realised my
mistake, a few days after ordering, I
contacted them to ask if it could be
sorted, and they replied promptly
stating they had noticed and rectified
it. Very impressed.
