It is small (but true to the dimensions), very well made and finished and a joy to behold. The threaded internal plastic container was a surprise; I'm not sure that I approve but considering its purpose it is probably appropriate. Overall an ideal 'original' gift idea that will, hopefully, be used for many teeth! The delivery service was second to none; ordered one evening, dispatched the next day and received the following and all for free. You really can't fault it.
