Using this website indicates that you accept the following Terms and Conditions:
www.borngifted.co.uk is operated by Born Gifted Limited, a baby and childrens gift company registered in England and Wales.
Our registered office is Unit 150, Ordnance Business Park, Aerodrome Road, Gosport, Hampshire PO13 0FG.
Any reference in these terms and conditions to “we” or “us” refers to Born Gifted Limited.
HOW TO ORDER
On-line: Purchase goods securely online through our payment provider Worldpay 24 hours a day at www.borngifted.co.uk (see www.worldpay.co.uk for more information on card security).
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards, Visa and Mastercard Debit Cards, Visa Electron, American Express, Paypal and Maestro.
The billing address provided by you must be the same as the address to which your card is registered.
Please note that we will not despatch goods until payment has been received.
We will send you an order confirmation e-mail on successful completion of your order detailing items purchased and the delivery address selected.
We may refuse to accept an order:
When goods are not available ;
Where we cannot take payment ;
If there has been a pricing or product description error ;
If the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom.
YOUR CARD SECURITY
We guarantee that you will be able to shop with complete confidence. Your card details are encrypted and dealt with by WorldPay and are not accessible by anyone. You will receive an e-mail receipt from WorldPay and e-mail confirmation from us of your order. Please add email@example.com to your safe list otherwise our e-mails may be automatically placed into your junk folder by some spam filters.
We are accredited members of the SafeBuy scheme (www.safebuy.org.uk) and have also been vetted and passed checks made by Hampshire Trading Standards
PRICING AND VAT
Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate where applicable.
Discount codes are not applicable to items already in the 'Sale' section of the website.
You may like to have your items gift bagged. A gift tag will be included which we can handwrite with words of your choice or leave blank for you to write. Please note that some personalised items cannot be gift bagged as they are often sent directly from the designers.

For ALL returns, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and reason for return. We will then send you a returns number and full instructions by e-mail.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange on the item (excluding postage and packing costs). You will be responsible for paying the return postage cost, obtaining proof of posting and we also advise that you insure your parcel sufficiently should the item go astray in transit.
All items are checked before they are despatched. However, in the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us in writing within 28 days to email@example.com to let us know and we will arrange a full return and refund, or exchange and provide you with instructions on returning the item by freepost.
Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of personalised items. If you are not sure whether you will like a personalised item, please order something that is unpersonalised so you are able to return it if you do not like it.
Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (eg names/dates etc) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes that you have made on your order in personalisation detail. Some of our products go to manufacture immediately, so errors in personalisation provided on your order often cannot be corrected once ordered so it is vital that you check your order thoroughly before confirming payment. We will of course help as much as possible to correct errors made.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. This does not apply to items which have been personalised for you.
Order cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number within 14 days starting the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
Where goods have already been dispatched to you, the goods must be returned to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds for returns are made within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
While we take all possible care to reproduce and describe items accurately in some cases slight variations of colour in actual goods may occur due to photographic limitations. If the shade of colour is vital to you, please do not order personalised items as they cannot be returned once personalised if the colour is not as you expected.
Our staff are more than happy to help in any way possible, but we reserve the right not to not respond to abusive or threatening correspondence.
We take your privacy and the security of your personal information extremely seriously.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
