Using this website indicates that you accept the following Terms and Conditions:
www.borngifted.co.uk is operated by Born Gifted Limited, a baby and children's gift company registered in England and Wales.
Our registered office is Lancaster Court, 8 Barnes Wallis Road, Fareham, Hampshire PO15 5TU.
Any reference in these terms and conditions to “we” or “us” refers to Born Gifted Limited.
HOW TO ORDER
Purchase goods securely online at www.borngifted.co.uk We use the secure payment processing platform Stripe. Stripe are a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain the highest level of security.
We accept most forms of card payment as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Please note that we will not despatch goods until payment has been received.
We will send you an order confirmation e-mail on successful completion of your order detailing items purchased and the delivery address selected.
When we despatch your order the purchase contract will be made, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
When goods are not available ;
Where we cannot take payment ;
If there has been a pricing or product description error ;
If the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom.
YOUR CARD SECURITY
We guarantee that you will be able to shop with complete confidence. Your card details are encrypted and dealt with by Stripe Payments and are not accessible by anyone. Once you have placed an order you will be sent an e-mail confirmation from us. Please add email@example.com to your safe senders list, otherwise our e-mails may be automatically placed into your junk folder by some spam filters.
Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate where applicable.

For ALL returns, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and reason for return. We will then send you a returns number and full instructions by e-mail.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange on the item (excluding postage and packing costs). You will be responsible for paying the return postage cost, obtaining proof of posting and we also advise that you insure your parcel sufficiently should the item go astray in transit.
All items are checked before they are despatched. However, in the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us in writing within 28 days to email@example.com to let us know and we will arrange a full return and refund, or exchange and provide you with instructions on returning the item by freepost. Similarly if for some reason an order has not been received, you must inform us of this within 28 days of despatch in order for us to investigate further.
Please note, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of any personalised items as these have been made to order.
In addition we are unable to accept returns of any nappy cakes, baby clothing bouquets or baskets which have been opened/dismantled.
Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (e.g. names/dates etc) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes that you have made on your order in personalisation detail. Some of our products go to manufacture immediately, so errors in personalisation provided on your order often cannot be corrected once ordered so it is vital that you check your order thoroughly before confirming payment. We will of course help as much as possible to correct errors made.
Please note that occasionally our products may be subject to slight changes in the manufacturing process, design or personalisation process. This is due to unavoidable changes brought about by our suppliers or our own improvements to the personalisation process. Wherever possible we will try to make these changes clear on the product pages of our website.
Order cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number within 14 days starting the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
Where goods have already been dispatched to you, the goods must be returned to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
