We bought this item for our grandaughter's first birthday and would recommend it. We have purchased items from Borngifted previously and have always been pleased with the service and quality of products. The website is very easy to use and the ordering process and delivery are quick. The only thing with this item was the lettering for the personalisation was smaller than expected but perhaps we missed the small print which told us the exact size of font, also we only asked for her first name to be printed so perhaps that also makes it look quite small, so overall a 9/10 and very happy with the quality of the product.
