The order took longer then expected to arrive, but I suppose that’s because of the delivery company. The necklace itself is lovely and simple. However the cross is cheap quality, feels like plastic and way bigger than I thought. A little bend when it arrived. Emailed about this issue, and the quick reply from customer service was highly appreciated. Decided not to try to push for a refund, as I realized it will be pointless at this point. Overall, I’m satisfied with the necklace ,will definitely look elsewhere to buy a different cross. Next time I’ll know to focus more on the reviews and descriptions
