A birthday toy for a two year old niece.
It works well but needs adult help to go
fast enough to make the sound.

Bought this top for my gransons first
birthday (I know it says 18 months on
the box but he is advanced.) He loves it
and can make it work very well. The
fixed base means it works on carpet
which other tops do not. Its his
favourite toy! A great success
|
